Acherontiella Absolon, 1913: 1 .

Type species. Acherontiella onychiuriformis Absolon, 1913 .

Four species recorded from Vietnam, and some unidentified specimens from Hà Nội (Cầu Giấy) (EC: Nguyễn T. T. & Nguyễn T. T.A. 2001a), Hải Dýõng (Hải Dýõng) (CI: Nguyễn T. T. & Nguyễn T. T.A. 2000a,b) and Thừa Thiên Huế (CI: Nguyễn T. T. et al. 2008).
