Remarks. This species was described based on three males from Brazil (Mato Grosso). According to Galileo & Martins (2002), the holotype and one paratype are from the following geographical coordinates: 12°21’S 51°46’W. These correspond to Santa Helena, a farm in Bom Jesus do Araguaia. Currently, it is known from Brazil (Mato Grosso), French Guiana, and Bolivia (Santa Cruz) (Monné 2024b; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2023).
