Lectotype (designated by Szeląg [2014: 198]):— GREECE. Thessaly: Sermeniko, ad rupes mont. Kokkino Lithari, 21 August 1896, P. Sintenis (Iter thessalicum 1896 No 1265) (BRNM 7245/3); isolectotype: (B barcode B 10 0097017!).—Current name: Hieracium bosniacum subsp. dolopicum (Freyn & Sint.) Greuter in Greuter & Raab-Straube (2007: 146).

Remarks: —The isolectotype specimen kept at B bears an aditional label with the handwritten determination of Zahn.
