Distribution. Known from Argentina and Brazil (Galiano 1963a; World Spider Catalog 2017). Note. Titanattus notabilis Mello-Leitão, 1943 can be recognized using illustrations of Galiano (1963a: lám. I, fig. 11, lám. II, figs 1‒3). The type is poorly conserved, possibly because it has dried out several times through the decades.
